Why do I want to go? This answer will be different for each person.
Am I physically able to go? This is a typical concern with many groups. There will be lots of walking and rarely on flat or level ground. We try to encourage people to get in shape by walking at least a mile each day and try to include inclines or lots of stairs. There are not any long hikes planned however, the most challenging stretch of touring is Jerusalem and the Old City. It will seem like everything is ‘uphill’ and indeed there are many hills and lots of steps in Jerusalem both up and down.
